How long does shipping take and what are the shipping costs?
All orders shipped within the United States include free shipping which takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Can I take any of your supplements if I'm pregnant or lactating?
No, never take any supplements or vitamins if you are pregnant and/or lactating before speaking with your medical doctor or health care provider.
